Governance and Compliance

In order to build and maintain a successful trajectory, Knewin values ethical, upright, correct and morally aligned attitudes and attitudes in line with our culture manifesto, striving for relationships of trust, empathy and justice.

We constantly reinforce the disclosure and updating of the Compliance Program, where we guide all employees, shareholders, managers and third parties, at all levels, on the need to develop sustainable businesses in accordance with internal policies and standards, as well as duly adapted to the legislation of the countries in which we operate.

We are constantly seeking to update our guidelines so that we are in line with the best market practices, fighting corruption and valuing ethical attitudes. For this reason, our program has several policies, standards and manuals that deal with corporate governance, data protection, password use, risk assessment, donations and sponsorships, conflicts of interest, among others.

In addition, we constantly carry out training and internal communication campaigns, with the aim of engaging everyone in Knewin’s Compliance culture, which we introduce to all our employees from their first contact with our company.

The Compliance Department is currently part of the Legal Department and has a Compliance Officer and a Data Protection Officer.
